What went on in the world of cinema?
I entered the world of cinema by chance, as it always with Pasolini.
Pasolini had come for a walk near my home. I lived in a house a little "out of town, near the Eur (where he lived him), and together with my colleagues recognized him and went together to greet him. I was very badly dressed, perhaps even I had washed that morning, and he saw me and asked me if I wanted to make movies. "I never thought," I replied.

Actually, I had hired to Renato Castellani, for his film " Mare matto" (1), filmed in Messina, the first thing I did in the movies. Then came the others: " Ricotta" (2), " The Evengelio Matthew", " Pajaritos and pajarracos ", "Le soldatesse " and "The Bible ."
Why did you leave the cinema so soon?
I stopped making movies because they were the sixties, was the economic boom and needed to remove my clothes, and I did not have much interest, I had a great physicist, as I wished.
